I know not everyone who seeks a coach enjoys fitness or even the thought of healthy eating. If this is you, then you have come to the right place. I keep it real, no gimmicks, BS, or shaming you to change your ways or give up your favorite food.
This is about YOU. I share my journey, knowledge, and ideas to help you understand what you need to build confidence, and strength - physically, mentally and emotionally, through training to become the person you want to be.
And if you need a little more of a tough love approach, well, I'm here for that too!

Graduate of University of Akron with a degree in Sport Studies with a concentration in Athletic Coaching in Strength and Conditioning and a Minor in Dance - Ballet! Intern Alum of Cressey Sports Performance with Eric Cressey, Tony Genticore, and Greg Robins in Fall 2013. Since then I have continued my learning, and growth in this industry as a Personal Trainer, now business Co- Owner/Strength Coach for Delta Performance and a competitive Powerlifter.
